Hello!

A little bit about me:

I was born and raised in South Devon, moved to Surrey for uni and stayed for a brief 10 years(!) but as of 2023 I can finally call Devon home again!  I live here with my little family (both in size and height) .. my husband Rich, our wild child Barney, super smart toddler Maisy and our two gorgeous British short hair cats Fifi and Milo.

Just 7 months after moving back to Devon (and a few days after my daughter turned 1), I was diagnosed with stage 3 inflammatory breast cancer. A sneaky, aggressive and rare form of breast cancer. My world came crashing down, and 2024 was spent focusing on surviving and recovering. As of June 2024 I am classed as NED (No evidence of disease), which is a huge relief! So after a year of watching the world from my cancer bubble, I am more grateful than usual to be back photographing weddings and enjoying life! One of the positives to come from cancer, is my new appreciation for each day we are given and to make the most of every single moment.

I am the most extroverted introvert you’ll ever meet. On a day off you’ll find me hanging out with my family, recharging in front of trashy reality TV or socialising with my friends (which usually involves food and/or gin). Then I’m ready to jump back into capturing your epic celebrations and dancing the night away at your wedding!

Besides my family and photography, I also love travel, organising, cats, crafts, the seaside, chocolate, dancing (even though I’m AWFUL) and generally anything that makes me laugh or fills my soul (and tummy).

Now you know a bit about me, scroll down to find out a bit more about how I work!

About my work

You’ve got to know a bit about me, now I’m going to tell you about how I work!

I am a fun, candid, inclusive photographer, so I become one of your friends for the day, blending in, having fun & dancing the night away whilst capturing every moment of your wedding: the looks, emotions, laughs, hilarity, and even mad uncle Alan heckling the groom as he gives his speech (yep, I’m referring to my own wedding…we all have an ‘Uncle Alan’ in the family) or the best person who’s had a few too many and is dancing to no music with glitter on their face and a tie around their head.

I just want you to relax and love your day, knowing that I will capture everything for you to cherish in the years to come. If you’re a colourful boho bride, timeless romantic or a crazy & quirky couple, we will get on well – I can’t wait to meet you!
