Relaxed Devon wedding for Tony & Suzanne
Tony and Suzanne’s relaxed Devon wedding in Exeter was so lovely. Their ceremony was at the stunning Larkbeare House in Exeter. The sun shone and excitement was in the air as the bride arrived in a gorgeous 1965 black Volkswagen camper van named “Black Betty“.
After the emotional ceremony the newlyweds and their guests enjoyed the grounds in the sun. I snuck away with the bride and groom to allow them to have some alone time together and get those important just married photographs!
The wedding reception at The Devon Hotel in Exeter was a very relaxed affair. Lots of beer and gardens and sunshine and laughter – what more could you want!? The speeches were emotional – remembering and honouring Suzanne’s dad.
And to top the day off, their families surprised the newlyweds with a honeymoon to Paris! They had been teasing them with a trip to Cornwall for months!
Tony & Suzanne met at the George Inn in Bristol in 2006 where Suzanne was a barmaid. They dated for years and in March 2012 Tony proposed over a romantic candlelit dinner at home. The rest is history! Their wedding day went off without a glitch… so without further ado, here are the photos!
